Philippe Estèbe, (Géographe – Politiste)
Graduated from Sciences-Po Paris and a PHD in political sciences and geography, P. Estèbe is research director at Acadie since 1995 and teaches at Sciences Po Paris. He also leads the Higher Education Institute for European Development and Planning since 2009.
